2. Online Purchases Exchange – Articles purchased online can be exchanged at any Vibegen physical store within 30 days with the original invoice.
3. Hygiene Restrictions – Socks and vests are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
4. Sale & Discounted Items – Articles with 50% or higher discounts and those bought at a sale price are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Alterations & Customization – Altered or customized apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Invoice Requirement – All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice for verification.

5. No Wringing: Avoid twisting to prevent stretching.
   
6. Wash with Like Colors: Prevent color bleeding by washing similar items together.
   
7. Use Mild Detergent: Opt for a gentle, color-safe detergent.
   
8. Avoid Embellishments: Do not iron directly on embellished or printed areas.
